Adam Nativ is an associate at Klayman & Toskes and concentrates his practice on securities litigation and arbitration. Mr. Nativ was born in Miami Beach, Florida and graduated from Syracuse University in 2001 with a degree in Political Science. Subsequently, Mr. Nativ graduated from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2005 where he received honors in recognition of his pro bono work as an intern with the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Mr. Nativ has represented institutional and individual clients in all phases of securities and commercial litigation. Mr. Nativ has also been featured in the following national publications regarding investor fraud: Forbes, Reuters, and Westlaw.

Further, Mr. Nativ is a member of The Florida Bar and the Florida Southern District. His areas of expertise include securities litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, general commercial law, general civil litigation, real estate, and real property litigation.
